Process
Stephen worked in collaboration with a visual designer, technical programmers and business stakeholders to produce user centric designs for the app and business processes.
Some of the tasks performed were:
- Researching user needs qualitatively by reviewing user feedback on existing products and services.
- Working with business stakeholders to develop requirements and shape the design.
- Competitor review for best practice.
- Designing wireframes to be used for business stakeholder and technical team engagement.
- Working with visual designers and developers to provide design direction.
- Leading UX design and implementation in an Agile / Lean development environment.
- Iterate design usability on subsequent versions of the app to improve usability and functionality.
- Iteratively assess and redesign business purchase processes, support processes and branding based on user feedback.
